SYNOPSIS:
A survey of the utopias featured in "Star Trek: The Next Generation" (1987-1994). Some of the structures that constrain and produce our understanding of possible futures.

BIOGRAPHY:
LJ Frezza is an artist, curator, and human being whose work examines mass media's role in the creation of personal subjectivities. His videos have screened in cinemas and galleries on four continents, as well as the Internet. He holds a BFA from Emerson College and an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Due to the nature of his work, LJ spends a lot of time alone in his Chicago apartment.
